Over 100 yards of scrap metal and trash were removed from the property and disposed of at a licensed land fill. A newly engineered.tailingspondwas constructed to reptace.the aging and unders¢ed one that was part of the ariginel bond calculation. The mill was completely refurbished, and floor sumps were installed with pump bade systems. Adequate topsoil has been storod for reclamation of the tailing pond area. Previously this material was not readily available. The bond was recalculated witl~in the last year, before many of these improvements were made. ITEC believes that the facility .was greatly upgraded and ttlat the bond remains adequate for a proper Gosure of the facilities.
