After reviewing the Rule 3.03.2 bond <br />release procedures, I determined that it is too costly to go <br />through the process twice, once for partial release and again for <br />final bond release. Accordingly, I have elected to leave the <br />full $25,400 bond in place until the entire amount can be re- <br />leased, probably in 1987. <br />It is my understanding that this bond will be released upon <br />our demonstrations that final reclamation meets the criteria set <br />forth in Section 4.21.4(6). <br />Please don't hesitate to contact me with nay questions you <br />may have regarding this matter. <br />S' ely, <br />d R.
