A <br />Assistant State Supervisor -2- October 13, 1994 <br />Fish and Wildlife Enhancement <br />In order for us to approve this revision, we are required to make a finding <br />that "the activities would not affect the continued existence of endangered or <br />threatened species or result in the destruction or adverse modification of <br />their critical habitats as determined under the Endangered Species Act of <br />1973.." We request your review and recommendation pursuant to this finding. <br />Applicable sections of the revision application are enclosed. Please advise <br />us if you require additional information. <br />In order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that <br />comments be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology at the above <br />address by 5:00 p.m. on December 10, 1994. If no comments are received by <br />this date, we will proceed on the assumption that your agency has no concerns <br />with or objections to the applicant's proposal. <br />A copy of the permit revision application is available for public inspection <br />at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder's Office, Fifth and Palmer, Delta, CO. <br />Written comments, objections or requests for an informal conference on the <br />permit revision application may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
