Question 1 of the Midterm adequacy review requested that Colowyo submit pre-
mising and post-mining maps of the northern area of the mine in accordance with
Rule 2.05.4(2)(c) and 2.10. Rich Atkinson stated that there are several bonding maps
that depict post mining cross-sections of the northern area of the mine. The Division
was unable to locate any of the post mining cross sections of the northern area of the
mine. Please inform the Division as to where these maps can be located in the
permit, or supply the Division with new post mining contour maps of the northern
mine area.
2. Question 11 requested a current copy of the SPCC plan and the SWMP plan. The
Division was unable to locate a copy of the SPCC plan. Please submit this to the
Division.
3.
