Long <br />Division Director <br />On Febmary 2Q 2002, the Division of Minerals and Geology received an Application for Succession of <br />Operator, Performance Warranty and a $125.00 fee. And on October 3, 2001, the Division received a <br />rider to the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Corporate Surety Bond No. 14-009-721, for the <br />Chambers Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1079-075.
