MR-13 Completeness Review (Well AO 2 Replacement), Marr Strip Mine
(C-80-006)
Dear Mr. James:
Your application to reinstall monitoring well AO-2 is complete and essentially adequate with
one exception. Kerr must incorporate the proposed well designs into the permit application. The
application should be a comprehensive free standing document that is the sole source of
approved designs. This is necessary so that the minor revision file should not have to be
referenced to find well depths, completion data, casing diameters, screened interval, backfilling
information and other designs.
Kerr Coal should therefore submit these designs as numbered insert pages into the existing
application. Also the diagram submitted with your AHR responses showing the proposed design
should be included with the MR. This should be submitted no later than the required decision
date of April 10, 1992.
If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
Randall P.
