Box #165, La Veta, <br />Colorado, 81055, message phone 719-742-3561 have filed an <br />application fora Reclamation permit with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as <br />Rocky Flat Gravel and is located in Section 32, Township 29 South, <br />Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June 23, 1994, and the <br />proposed date of completion is December 31, 2010. The proposed <br />future use of the land is rangeland.
