As I had said during that conversation, the Division has a <br />regulatory requirement to process and analyze the technical revisions that have been submitted <br />by Bowie Resources. The Division can not defer review of these revisions because the Bureau of <br />Land 1Vlanagement is working en their Environmental Impact Statement. <br />Also, as I had stated, the Division can not answer questions that have been posed to another <br />agency's regulations. If you wish to submit comments or questions to this Division, please refer <br />to issues specific to our regulaGOns.
