We also find that maximum economic recovery of the federal coal within federal <br />lease COC67011 would be achieved. <br />Also, as a result of mine plan reviews, and in harmony with the BLM land use plan for the <br />North Fork region, we are giving our concurrance as a land management agency for <br />underground coal mining where portions of the surface included within boundaries of <br />federal coal lease COC67011 are managed by BLM. <br />These determinations coverthe entire lease encompassed in permit C-80-007.
