Cattany <br />Division DIreCIOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve <br />with conditions a renewal application for a coal mining and reclamation permit. The application was submitted by <br />CAM Mining, LLC on November l4, 2005, for the McClane Canyon Mine. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing <br />before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication of this notice by the Division in the <br />The Daily Sentinel. <br />The underground mine is located approximately 20 miles north of Loma, Colorado. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br />Portions of Sections 3, 15, 16, 21, 22, 27, and 28, T7S, R102W, 6th PM, all in Garfield County. <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review in the Division offices and at the Mesa County Clerk <br />and Recorder.
