Mike Boulay brought to my
attention that costs to reclaim groundwater monitoring wells N18 and N13 should not have been in the
reclamation cost estimate, since N18 was included in the pending bond release request (SL 09) and N13
has been mind through and is now covered by pit reclamation costs. Accordingly, reclamation costs for
the two wells have been removed from the cost estimate. The revised liability amount is now
$3,148,498.00.
WFC will need to incorporate these revised pages into the reclamation cost estimate portion of permit
application package currently under review with TR-54. Should you have questions or need additional
information, please contact me or Mike Boulay.
Sincerely,
?s~vvx~•,C,~~.ti~,~_
Susan L.
