Map Showing Area: See attached map. <br />15. Dates Reclamation Work Performed: May 1994 <br />through August 1994. <br />16. Description of Results: Two portals were sealed <br />as approved in the permit and the Mine Safety <br />and Health Administration. Areas above and <br />below portals were recontoured to the original <br />contours as approved in the permit. Topsoil <br />with a minimum thickness of 20 inches was <br />distributed over the entire area. Areas were <br />revegetated in accordance with the permit for <br />use as rangeland for wildlife feeding. <br />Remaining areas were recontoured as terraces in <br />close approximation to original contours and <br />revegetated as pasture and cropland. All areas <br />were covered with topsoil with a minimum 20 <br />inches and revegetated. Pond B was retained for <br />sediment control. Ditches and berms were <br />installed to prevent run-off from the reclaimed <br />site. Vegetation and use of the lands will be <br />identical to those lands directly offsetting the <br />area to the north and east. <br />GI'~Ilal;;:Al~l,~~ <br />
