Preliminary review <br /> determined that the following items must be submitted before technical review of <br /> your application can begin: <br /> EXHIBITS R - Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder: An <br /> affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the application was <br /> placed for public review with the local County Clerk and Recorder. <br /> The Division only received four (4) copies of the exhibits. Please submit <br /> one additional copy of Exhibits A - Q. <br /> You may amend the application by submitting the requested items. In accordance <br /> with Rule 1 .8, a decision date will be established 90 days from the date of <br /> receipt of all requested items. You will need to republish notice which <br /> specifies the final date for receiving cormtents is the 20th day after the fourth <br /> publication or the next regular business day. <br /> This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br /> deficiencies in your application.
