_ PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Landmark Reclamation, Inc.; 4901 S. Windemere, Littleton,'CO <br />80120, the permittee of the Rimrock Mine, Permit Number C-89-074 <br />is filing for a Phase 2 and Phase 3 Bond Release with the State of <br />Colorado Division of Minerals antl Geology. Permit C-89-074 renewal <br />was approved by the Division in March of 1995. <br />The Rimrock Mine is locatetl appro><imately 1.5 miles from Trinitla4 <br />CO. It is more accurafyly describetl by Part of Section 29, T33S, <br />R63W, 6th PM. The USGS Tnnitlad East Quadrangle covers this sec- <br />tion. Atotal 11.12 acres of surface disturbance from mining is cov- <br />ered by a Corporate Surety Bond in the amount of $31,000. The per- <br />midee is applying for a complete release of the Bond. The entire mine <br />was backfilled and gratled in 1993.
