Documentation has been submitted previously for <br />the Notifications that were delivered to the Montrose County Commissioners, the Soi] <br />Conservation District and the owners of the affected and adjoining land and the <br />Uncompahgre Water Users Association. A copy of the Amendment Application was <br />posted with the Montrose County Clerk and Recorder and documentation was provided. <br />Proof of Publication has been provided to the Division that Notice of the Application was <br />published by the Montrose Daily Press for 4 consecutive weeks. Delta-Montrose Electric <br />Association (DMEA) holds easements for power lines that serve the Spring Creek pit and <br />other users in the area. Documentation of our notification to DMEA was previously <br />submitted. <br />Attached to this letter are all of the required submittals that remain to be submitted for <br />this application. United Companies has notified owners of utility easements that were <br />missed during the original notification process: <br />1. Kinder Morgan Inc. owns a buried natural gas line on the north side of LaSalle Rd. <br />2.
