Mine. I explained the <br />situation to him. He said as far as he was concerned, there would <br />be no action on their part regarding this revision. He suggested <br />I call Matt McColm in the Denver office (239-3774). I called and <br />told him we are adding approximately 8.5 acres to the O.C. permit <br />area that has already been mined. I told him that O.C. had gotten <br />the lease before they went through our permitting process and for <br />some reason the area was not included under our permit. I told him <br />that the mine is closed, the portals are sealed, reclamation should <br />be done this year and we are just trying to clean up the file. Mr. <br />McColm said that since the area has already been leased they do not <br />need to take any action during this technical revision process. <br />cc: David Berry <br />
