After <br />seeding, a clean straw or hay mulch will be applied <br />to the seeded area and crimped into the soil at a <br />rate oP 1 1/2 tons per acre. <br />Final contours oP Phase I oP this application <br />will blend in with adjacent reolaimed areas to the <br />west end south.
