Non-coal waste <br />Question No. 23 <br />EFMC intends to backfill the remaining highwall segments in compliance with Rule 4.14 <br />utilizing available refuse and spoil materials on site. As such, TR-14 does not propose <br />extending the footprint of the refuse pile that existed at the termination of mining operations. <br />Adequacy questions pertaining construction of the refuse pile and associated drainage <br />structures are being addressed subject to this configuration. <br />EFMC will be providing responses to all but the above excepted adequacy questions by <br />approximately June 1, 1994. We will work diligently with the Division to resolve any <br />remaining issues following these responses.
