LOng <br />Division Director <br />On April 20, 2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to tl3e Division on March 21, 2001, addressingthe following: <br />Revises mining sequence of affected lands primari/y east of Bear Creek and includes a three advert <br />crossing of Bear Creek to access affected lands east of Bear Creek. This revision does not revise the <br />mining sequence ojlands including Bear Creek and lands west ojBear Creek rn the Ease Quarry area. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 7 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit ho. <br />M-1977-344.
