to the Division on July 13, 200 L, addressing the following:
Revises sequence of mining phases and areas to be reclaimed as ponds, wetlands, and disturbed uplands.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No.
M-1979-189. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1979-189 remain in full force and effect.
