Box 1289, Montrose, CO 81402; (970) 249-6688, filed an <br />application to convert M-77-407, Cedaz Creek Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials <br />Permit to a 112(c) Regular Consttvction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation <br />is located at or near Section 25, Township 49N, Range 8W, 10th Prime Meridian, in Montrose <br />County. The application decision is scheduled for December 15, 1997. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Montrose County Clerk & Recorder's office <br />and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Sve~et, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203. <br />Al] written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice [o be considered in the application review process by the Division.
