<br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUMMARY
<br />MINING PHASE
<br />ALL MINING RECLAMATION WILL BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 31, 2020.
<br />MAXIMUM WORKING FACE WILL BE LIMITED TO APPROXIMATELY
<br />TWO ACRES.
<br />THE ACTUAL AGGREGATE EXTRACTION PROCESS WILL COMMENCE AT THE
<br />BASE OF THE SITE AND CONTINUE UP THE SLOPE OF THE HILLSIDE WITH
<br />8 FOOT WIDE BENCHES AND SLOPE RATIO OF 1/2:1, AS SHOWN ON THE
<br />OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
<br />THE FOLLOWING SEED MIXTURE IN POUNDS OF PURE: LIVE SEED PER
<br />ACRE WILL BE USED FOR ALL ACRES:
<br />RECLAMATION PHASE
<br />RECLAMATION WILL BE DONE AS EACH AREA IS EXCAVATED TO
<br />ITS FINISH GRADE AND WILL BE A CONTINUOUS PROCESS
<br />THROUGHOUT THE MINING OPERATION. TOPSOIL WILL BE
<br />PLACED IN 6 TO 12 INCH THICK LAYERS OVER ALL ,AREAS TO
<br />BE. REVEGETATED. PRIOR TO SEEDING 40 POUNDS /ACRE OF P205
<br />(PHOSPHATE) AND 30 POUNDS /ACRE OF N (NITROGEN) SHALL BE
<br />INCORPORATED INTO THE SOIL PRIOR TO SEEDING.
<br />SEED WILL BROADCAST AT THE RATE OF 30 POUNDS PURE LIVE
<br />SEED PER ACRE AND WILL BE MULCHED FOR INITIAL EROSION
<br />CONTROL WITH NATIVE HAY MULCH AT THE RATE OF 4000 POUNDS/
<br />ACRE AND CRIMPED TO EMBED MULCH. SEEDING WILL BE DONE
<br />IN APRIL /MAY OR IN AUGUST /SEPTEMBER.
<br />RECLAMATION WILL BE ON A CONTINUOUS PROCESS
<br />AFTER AN AREA IS EXCAVATED TO THE FINISHED GRADE.
<br />MAXIMUM WORKING FACE WILL BE LIMITED TO APPROKIMATELY
<br />NO ACRES.
<br />SIIJCE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF THE EXCAVATED MATERIAL
<br />CAN BE USED, THERE WILL BE NO BACKFILL IN THE EXCAVATED
<br />AREA. NO GEOLOGIC HAZARDS PRESENTLY EXIST NCR WILL THERE
<br />BE ANY CREATED BY THE PROPOSED MINING OPERATION.
