Bureau of <br />Land Management provides MLRD with a letter that indicates that this revision <br />to the mine plan is acceptable to them. The BLM letter should indicate that <br />they have reviewed and approved a page and map changes that were submitted in <br />the MR-71 package. They should also indicate that their approval applies to <br />both leases that are involved (lease numbers C-27432 and C-372101. <br />If your understanding of this situation differs from that stated above or if <br />you have any questions please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Carl B.
