<br />8. During the term of this Agreement, Lessor shall pay all property taxes assessed on <br />the premises leased herein promptly and before they become delinquent lu the event Lessor <br />fails to pay said taxes when due, Lessee is hereby specifically authorized, at its sole discretion <br />and option, to pay said taxes and Lessor hereby agrees to reimbtuse Lessee for any costs and <br />expenses incurred as a result of making said payment on behalf of the Lessor. In the event <br />property taxes are increased during the tens of this Agreement, as a result of the sand and <br />gravel mining operations on the subject properly, Lessee shall be responsible for and pay slid <br />increase in property taxes. <br />). Lessee shall be responsible for and pay any and all severance taxes clue and owing <br />from sand and gravel mined on the premises by Lessee. <br />10. Regarding Llre aforesaid property, Lessee shall have only those rights and <br />privileges directly contented and related to the wining removal of sand and gravel tberefiom. <br />Lessee shall have no authority whatsoever regarding the use or exercise of any other rights iu <br />and to said property. <br />I1. Lessee shall have the right to stockpile or store sand and gravel on tBe land <br />belonging to the Lessor which is adjacent to the above-described premises at any point <br />nmtually agreeable to Lessor and Lessee, and Lessee shall additionally have the right to <br />remove such sand and gravel so stockpiled or stored at any time during this Agreement or <br />within one (1) year after the ternunation of this Agreement. <br />12.
