The item number will be listed and then the response will follow. <br />Item 1. Response: Exhibit 26B, NW Mains Ventilation Shaft Plug. <br />Item 2. Response: Page 2.05-106 has been rewritten to describe the reclamation sequencing for the shaft <br />plug. As per our discussion today, TCC does not have to reply to the longevity of the plug. <br />Item 3. Response: Page 2.05-97.1 has been revised to that the existing text at the top of the page is nu <br />longer eliminated. <br />Item 4. Response: The reclamation plan for the access road can be found on page 2.05-106. <br />Item 5. Response: Page 2.05-45.1 has been revised to include a discussion of placement of"Buffer Zone" <br />signs along Fish Creek. <br />Item 6. Response: TCC is waiting for further information form the Division on this subject <br />Item 7. Response: TCC will work with the Division on the bond estimate. Also, the bond estimate has <br />been revised and those revised material are attached. <br />Item 8.
