THE OPERATOR MUST MAINTAIN THE UPPER BASIN TO ALLOW FOR 1 FOOT <br />CLEARANCE FROM SEDIMENT ACCUMULATION AND THE BOTTOM OF THE CULVERT <br />INLET.
