Dan Matthews -2- 8106
TR-20. Please amend Appendix "G" ("Adjacent Property Owners") to include listing for
Branch, Hedman, and Henry, with addresses. Listing for Ival & Ed Young, Inc., is
apparently now out of date, and should be deleted.
CAM: Please see updated Appendix G showing addresses for Branch, Hedman and
Henry. Ival & Ed Young was replaced with #11 Enterprise information.
3. DRMS: On Figure 2.2-1 and all other maps that are at a scale of 1"=1000' or larger,
the east end of the road corridor permit boundary in Section 29 has a notched
appearance, which seems odd. Please explain and/or correct this apparent discrepancy
as appropriate.
CAM: The 'notched' appearance is due to the slight adjustment made to the permit
boundary aspart of TR-20 to include right of entry for CAM's distribution line. As stated in
adequacy response no. 1, dated February 14, 2006, item no. 2, `The permit boundary was
adjusted slightly where CAM's distribution line ties into the mainline to be included in the
permit boundary. The distribution line is granted entry via an existing BLM right of way.'
The power line is shown on Figure 2.21a.
In addition, please see the fetter from Steve Don verifying raptor protection is indeed
complete as part of McClane Canyon TR-15; CAM letter dated June 9, 2006 Adequacy
Response no. 9. Please find update TOC-12 for Munger canyon and insert the letter in
Appendix L, 'Letters'. Please find updated List of Appendices for McClane Canyon and
insert the letter in new Appendix Q, `Letters',
4. DRMS: On Figure 4.2-4, a remnant portion of the former permit boundary in
Section 29 appears to have assumed the identity of the boundary between Qa and
Kmgs geological units. The error needs to be corrected.
CAM: Removed former permit boundary acting as boundary between Qa and Kmgs.
5. DRMS: Figure 4.3-2 was significantly and substantively revised, apparently from
data obtained from exploration associated with the Red Cliff project. Please include
narrative explanation of the map revisions.
CAM: Figure 4.3-2 was placed on the base map, Figure 11 that was part of the
McClane Canyon 2004 Stove Canyon Exploration Area. The Operator chose to replace
the old Figure 4.3-2 with the new Figure 4.3-2 due to the fact that the data prepared as
part of the Stove Canyon XPA is accurate and correct as of 2004. A revision block was
added to Figure 4.3-2.
6. DRMS: On Figure 4.3-3, there are projected mine outlines apparently associated
with the Red Cliff project. These projections could lead to confusion, particularly since
they appear to extend into the Munger permit area. The projected mine outlines should
be removed from the map.
