O. Box 177, Silverton, CO 81433; (970) 387-5533, submitted a request for partial <br />acreage release{surety reduction for the Sunnyside Gold Mine, Permit No. M-1977-378. The hazd <br />rock/metal mining operation is located at or near Section 10, Township 41N, Range 7W, 10th Prime <br />Meridian, in San Juan County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
