Our initial review <br />indicated that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq., had been submitted; thus <br />your technical revision application was deem complete for the purposes of <br />filing on May 8, 1989. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act <br />and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiated from this date of filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential <br />information, must be filed for public inspection with the Gunnison County <br />Planner's Office. Any subsequent changes or additions must also be reflected <br />in this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted on May 24, 1989 was found to be <br />satisfactory. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to <br />determine whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of <br />meeting the requirements for purposes of adequacy. You will be notified as to <br />the Division's findings of adequacy or inadequacy of your revision <br />application.
