I am allso enclosing a copy of our mining plan map showing the <br />approximate location ul the pole. <br />We are planning on transferring this permit to Fesco, Inc. pending approval of this <br />amendment. We will be sure Fesco, Inc. is aware of the necessity of setting up a similar <br />agreement with you. <br />Please let me know if yvu have any questions or concerns. Otherwise, I will be <br />expecting the signed oriyinal returned to me in order that I can forward it to the Division <br />of IJlinerals and Geology.
