PROJECT ORGANIZATION
A team of researchers from Western Research Institute and the Engineering research
Center at Colorado State University has been assembled that brings together the combination of
science, engineering to successfully perform the scope of the project as described. The project
team has a long history of activity in the area of ash handling, disposal, and utilization.
Proiect Manat?ement
Western Research Institute, in conjunction with the Engineering Research Center of
Colorado State University, will conduct the testing as outlined herein under the direction of Dr.
Alan E. Bland, who will serve as Principal Investigator. The project organizational chart follows.
U.S. Department of Energy reporting will be through WRI's Jointly Sponsored Research Program
administered by Dr. Lee E. Brecher of WRI.
