I am corresponding to <br />briefly respond to concerns and issues you raised. <br />DMG Identification Sian <br />The site is properly identified and documentation has been provided <br />to your office. <br />Permit Boundrv <br />I have attached for your use a copy of the site boundry map. <br />To~soi 1 <br />Topsoil piles will be seeded as necessary and weeds will be abated. <br />Pond Area <br />The existing pond was identified in our original 112 application. <br />I am not aware of debris in the pond. As identified in the <br />original mining plan, cars and miscellaneous metal scrap are on <br />site. We have contacted the owners and we will promptly address <br />this issue. <br />Reclamation <br />Portions of the site have received various levels of reclamation, <br />additional re-vegetation efforts will be made. <br />Thank you again for your valuable assistance.
