For your <br />convenience, I have listed all of the problems sited and [he required due date. Romer <br />Governor <br />dames 5 Lorhhead <br />Evecwive Dneaor <br />nlichael B Long <br />Diviswn Duenor <br />Lvons Ouarrv- Permit No. M-77-141 An inspection was conducted on 8/20/98 siting two problems; control of <br />noxious weeds and installing permit boundary markers. Compliance of these two items involved submitting <br />proof of noxious weed control in the form of receipts or photographs and installing permit boundary markers. <br />The compliance due date was 11/15!93. The Division also revised the reclamation bond estimate, requiring an <br />additional $93,000.00 of additional bond due 12/15/98. Please respond to these items by February 12, 1999. <br />Leonard Site- Permit No. M-86-041 An inspection was conducted on 8/20/98 siting two problems; control of <br />noxious weeds and posting a mine ID sign with all required information. The report also required that the <br />operator submit a well permit or additional financial warranty if the pit needs to be backfilied. The compliance <br />due date was I I/15/98. Please respond to these items by February 12, 1999. <br />Hv¢iene Pit- Permit No. M-76-058 An inspection was conducted on January 5, 1999. The Division holds a <br />bond in the amount of $10,000.00. This amount is not adequate to reclaim the site under the current <br />reclamation plan.
