These updated pages aze based on <br />the information from the operator regarding culvert 30 remaining under the permanent <br />roads and the two bridge crossings required for the permanent roads. This new estimate <br />also includes the removal of two subtasks related to the removal of the septic tank. These <br />subtasks were for the off-site disposal of the tank sludge and the removal of contaminated <br />soils (both subtasks are not associated with septic tank removal). The new liability for <br />the site is $3,038,059.00.
