The
Amendment proposes adding 83.33 acres to the permit area.
After we realized our mistake, we sent you a notice which, according to our phone
conversation of July 25, 1996, you received on July 23, 1996. As I mentioned in our
conversation, the Division is providing the Town of Norwood 20 days to comment on the
application. Your comment period will end at the close of business or 5:00 p.m. on
August 12, 1996. Please disregard the comment period in our July 18, 1996 notice letter.
However, the remainder of that notice letter contains the proper information normally
supplied by the Division.
The applicant has requested that the Division's decision date on the application be continued
to August 30, 1996, to accommodate this extended comment period.
Please call, if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Larry D.
