The <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has estimated the reclamation cost to be $1,997.00. <br />Attached is the DMG's reclamation cost estimate for the cons~r7ction of the powerline and light-use <br />road proposed in MR-54. <br />Also, the thirty-day timeframe for replacing the Frontier Insurance Company bond has concluded. <br />Please send a letter from Oxbow Mining Lit. regazding the progress of bond replacement and <br />requesting an extension, if necessary, for submitting a replacement reclamation bond. <br />Please feet free to call me if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />~% ~ '~ " F;'vi`~ <br />Sandra L.
