15. Dates Reclamation Work Was Completed: Backfilling and grading of areas mined in 2001-02 <br />and Excess Spill Fill No. 8 were completed in July 2003. Backfilling and grading of Excess Spoil Fills No. <br />7 and No. 9 were completed in 2002.Grading of the loadout area was completed in December-January of <br />2003-2004. <br />16. Description of Results Achieved: Areas were restored to the approved post-mining topography <br />with drainages established as required by the post-mining drainage plans. <br />17. Copies of Required Notification to Interested Parties: Submitted August 25, 2003 <br />18. Newspaper Advertisement and Proof of Publication: Submitted August l8, 2003 <br />PHASE I BOND RELEASE REQUIREMENTS <br />1. As-built Post Mining Topography Map: Submitted as part of Technical Revision 11 Post <br />Mining Topography. Location of cross-sections are shown on this map. <br />2. Certified Cross-sections: Certified cross-sections were submitted with TR-11. <br />3. Documentation of Drainage Reestablishment: Drainages are shown on the Certified Post Mining <br />Topography Map. <br />4. Documentation that Drainage Control is in Accordance with the Approved Plan: Drainage controls <br />indicated on the certified Post-Mining Topography Map are consistent with controls required by the <br />approved drainage control plan. <br />
