Cyprus shall, <br /> unless otherwise instructed by Surface Owner, remove <br /> the gravel from the borehole pad and the road(s) ; <br /> e. Cyprus at all times will fully and promptly comply with <br /> all applicable laws, rules and regulations of any <br /> governmental authority which apply to its use of the <br /> Lands for the hereinabove stated purposes; <br /> f. Cyprus is hereby given the right of ingress and egress <br /> for itself, its employees, agents, licensees, <br /> contractors, subcontractors, invitees, successors and <br /> assigns to and from the Lando on or across the existing <br /> ranch or farm roads of Surface Owner connecting said <br /> Lando to the nearest public road or roads including, <br /> but not limited to, the right to transport on, over, <br /> across, under and through the Lands and such roads <br /> supplies, materials and equipment necessary to support <br /> Cyprus, activities on the Landry; <br /> I <br /> g. Cyprus shall at all times use Surface Owner's roads <br /> which are located on the Lands in a reasonable and <br /> prudent manner so as to prevent damage to such roads <br /> and any improvements which may be located thereon or <br /> which may be adjacent thereto. Cyprus shall use its <br /> best efforts to limit vehicular traffic to the shortest <br /> practicable routes and to utilize existing roads or <br /> previously utilized routes as often as is reasonably <br /> practicable in order to minimize surface disturbance. <br /> Cyprus shall ensure that the speed of all vehicles <br /> shall be kept to a reasonable rate and it shall ensure <br /> reasonable further precautions to avoid any damage, <br /> other than normal wear and tear and damage due to the <br /> elements and fire, to gates, bridges, roads, culverts, <br /> cattle guards, fences, dame, dikes or other facilities. <br /> All damage in excess of ordinary wear and tear, damage <br /> due to the elements and fire excepted, shall be <br /> reported to Surface Owner within twenty-four (24) hours <br /> and shall, weather permitting, be repaired by Cyprus as j <br /> soon as is practicable to as nearly as possible the <br /> condition existing prior to such damage; <br /> I <br /> 3 <br /> I <br /> I <br />
