Following are Central Appalachia Mining, LLC's responses to <br />the DMG's comments and concerns: <br />1. Ival and Ed Young were replaced by #11 Enterprises Ltd., under grazing lease <br />holders on page 4, Appendix A. <br />2. Updated information for Appendix A Identification of interests is attached. The <br />compliance information presented in Appendix B is still accurate. <br />3. Enclosed is the requested page 8. <br />4.
