M-1995-035, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. T~ 1 <br />Deaz Mr. Connell: <br />On November 20, 2006 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on October 19, 2006, addressing the following: <br />Address storm water runoff and drainage structures for the Wellington Downs & Weitzel Pits. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-199S- <br />035.
