The bond reduction request covers the <br />55 acres of reclaimed land at the 1080.6 acre Grassy Gap Mine. The property <br />can be found on the USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle maps entitled Mount Harris and <br />Dunkley, Colorado. The legal description follows: <br />Section 20: El/2 SE1/2, E1/2 NWl/4 SE1/4, E1/2 SW1/4 SEl/4 <br />Section 21: Wl/2 SW1/4 <br />Section 28: Wl/2 NW1/4 <br />Section 29: E1/2 NW1/4, NE1/4, S1/2 <br />Section 31: E1/2 SE114 NEl/4, NE1/4 NE1/4 <br />Section 32: NW1/2 <br />All Sections are located in Township 5N, Range 87W of the 6th Prime <br />Meridian. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division will render a proposed decision <br />on the bond reduction request following a site inspection to assess compliance <br />with the approved reclamation plan. The inspection will be held December 6, <br />1991 at 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to accompany the Division on the <br />inspection.
