P.O. Box 1380, Clifton, CO 81520; (970) 434-0510, filed an application to convert M-2001-088, Upland <br />Grave], a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regulaz Construction Materials Permit. The <br />mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 17, Township 1 S, Range 2E, Ute Prime Meridian, in Mesa <br />County. The application decision is scheduled for March 31, 2006. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa Coluity Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
