This <br />bond release application requested final bond release for <br />approximately 313 acres of surface coal mining reclamation, a <br />portion of which is owned by Cross Mountain Ranch Limited <br />Partnership. Attached please find the written findings of the <br />Division. <br />As an interested party, you have the right to an adjudicatory <br />hearing as outlined under Rule 3.03.2(6) of the Regulations of the <br />Colorado~Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. The request <br />for an adjudicatory hearing must be written and state with <br />specificity the reasons why the hearing is requested.
