<br />EXHIBIT H <br />WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />The property is located in the northern section of an oversized sprinkler quarter. <br />Property is fenced on the outside. <br />There are no significant wildlife resources on or near the property. The only <br />wildlife present would be occasional jack rabbits, field mice, and non-game birds. <br />Wildlife grazing is not favored by the property owner, who prefers the income <br />derived from the crop production. <br />Since no wildlife is present, there is no impact by the mining operation. <br />
