Within thirty (30) days of approval of Technical Revision 09 Designation
of Roads for Operations, Wyoming Fuel Company will supply updated versions
of Map No. 11, Surface Facilities and Roads East Portal for the five (5)
copies of the rewritten New Elk Mine Permit Application which are in the
Division's possession.
