Permit No. M~78-107 <br />Inadequate Bond - Financial warranty (reclamation bond) for county operations is <br />prohibited by statute. <br />Inadequate Reclamation Plan - DMG review of the application indicates that the <br />Reclamation Plan, submitted by Montezuma County, satisfies the minimum requirements of <br />the Act and Rules. <br />Requested Copy of Application File - A complete copy of the application file may be <br />reviewed at the DMG Office in Denver, address and phone number displayed on this <br />letterhead; OR at the DMG Office in Durango, 484 Turner Drive, Building F, Suite 101, <br />Durango, Colorado; OR at the Montezuma County Clerk and Recorders Office. DMG can <br />provide a complete copy of the application file, upon receipt of payment for reproduction <br />and postage. The application contains oversized maps which the DMG Durango Office <br />cannot reproduce in house. Therefore, please submit such requests to the DMG Denver <br />Office. <br />Request for Application Rejection - Please be advised that on November 18, 1998, the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board issued its conditional approval of the Tozer Pit <br />amendment application.
