The notice will also be published on February 7, 14, 21, and 28. In addition, <br />we have mailed, by Certified Mail, a notice to all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the <br />boundary of the affected land. Loveland Ready-Mix Concrete, Inc. is the sole owner of the surface and <br />mineral rights in the area. There are no laiown recorded easements on the property in question.
