~Ir, David Berry, CMLRD • •
February 6,1991- page 2
Trapper continues to work on a technical revision to update our permit bonding section
1.4. Currently table 1.4-3 "Calculations for time required to regrade pits" and appropriate
x sections are being updated to reflect our current mining worst case scenario. My target
date to have this revision to you is March 8th.
Enclosed is a copy of the bond rider in the amount of $13,015,310 from Trapper's bonding
company 'The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company." Also attached is a table describing
yearly final regrade and topsoil replacement acreage estimates proposed for 1991 and
1992 of our permit term. Additionally, the table shows the total minewide regrade and
topsoil replacement acreage requirements at the conclusion of each calendar year.
David if you have any questions or comments concerning this proposed bond change that
needs answered prior to the bonding TR submission, please call.
Si/n~jc~erel~y,°
William Agnew
Sr. Environmental Engineer
WA/jb
[CMLRD~FEB06j
Enclosure
c: J.M.
