Our initial review <br />indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sec., have been submitted; thus <br />your technical revision application has been deemed complete for the pur;:oses <br />of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in <br />the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of <br />filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential <br />information, must be filed for public inspection with the Las Animas County <br />Planner or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must also <br />be made in this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been <br />found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this <br />advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations with the <br />exception that the publication need only be run once, and reference to the <br />informal conference specified in Rule 2.07.3(2)(4) should be deleted.
