The revision was submitted by Trapper Mining Inc. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. The revision addresses [he reduction of groundwater monitoring. The current quarterly monitoring schedule would be replaced by asemi-annual schedule. Also, one well, which is used to monitor the Twentymile Sandstone aquifer, would be discontinued. Another well would be used for this purpose. The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately six miles southwest of Craig, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Township 5 North, Range 90 Wes[ Potions of Sections 5 and 6 Township 5 North. Range 91 West Portions of Sections 1, 4, and 5 Sections 2 and 3, ALL Township 6 North, Range 90 Wes[ Portions of Sections 30 and 32 Section 31, ALL Township 6 North.
